Alexandria Apartments
Alexandria is a pragmatic response to Queensland's sub-tropical climate and shifting demographic. The design is informed throughout by sustainability, both environmentally and socially.
The masterplan for the site combines 76 dwellings, split into three towers; 14 tenancies; car parking; a private gym; childcare; a swimming pool; and a community garden.
